Do I need to buy new cameras? No. VisionX works with your existing IP cameras. If you need new cameras, Securizen Systems can handle installation separately.	What is the minimum contract period? 12 months. After the first 12 months, you can terminate with 30 days written notice.
How quickly can I get started? Most clients are live within 5 business days of signing the agreement.	Is there a free trial? Yes — 30-day trial on your first 3 cameras. If you are not convinced, you pay nothing.
What happens if a camera goes offline? Our platform detects it automatically. You receive a WhatsApp alert within 5 minutes.	Who stores my footage? Footage stored on CloudCCTV for 30 days. You are the data owner. Full DPDP Act 2023 compliance.
